Blue Ridge knights Cheer FAQ
Requirements for cheer?
Athletes must be 13 to 18 years old and not yet graduated from High School. We DO NOT hold traditional try-outs to make our team. Registration ends when the team is full or on July 14th, whichever comes first. Please email Jonathan @blueridgeknightsfootball.com if you have further questions.
when and where do we practice?
Workouts and team gets together in the beginning of May, check our facebook and Instagram or sign by email for current season details. Regular season practices are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday if needed . Our football season ends with the League Championship game on the first Saturday in october. Practice times are 7-8;30pm and are held at fishwhick middle school in roanoke va.
what is the cost to cheer?
There is a non-refundable $150 registration fee.We offer optional and easy fundraising opportunities to help offset these costs. We can also work with you to establish a payment plan upon request. We do NOT want the cost to keep your athlete from joining us, please email us with payment questions.
